(OOC) The Full Monte is located in Shirogane ward 6 Apartment 68. It's open for general use or an event can be pre planned. It is closer to a "Starbucks" where the main focus is tea, coffee, baked goods but, there are a few sandwiches and meats on the menu. All transactions/payments are fictional and do not require actual gil.
